Description

Slows down research: every technology will cost 30% more beakers, in any game speed.

Works with Vanilla, Gods & Kings and Brave New World.
Should be compatible with the majority of mods out there.

As another mentioned, this just slows yours and not the ai. Was using vox at the time, that may be why.

A good idea would be to make age slow down it's counting by 30% too. If that is possible. I noticed medieval era mod manages to slow down age count

It slows for everyone.

The AI starts the game with some bonus techs (this is normal default behaviour, not related to the mod), so it might give the impression that they are not slowed.

It should work with Vox Populi but not completely sure.
