Exalted: Dragonlords of the Realm 0.1

- Step into the shoes of one of the Terrestrial Exalted, divinely empowered by the Elemental Dragons to be their champions within the world.

- Marry well; the Terrestrial Exaltation is passed through the blood and your children are not guaranteed to enter the ranks of divinity. Sometimes a lowborn who has been chosen by the dragons is a more suitable long term spouse than a wealthy king or queen who has none of the dragons blood.

- To improve the odds of your future children exalting you may set aside your secular concerns and go on pilgrimage to the island of the Caul. Prayers at the holy shrines there may well deepen your connection to the dragons.

- Wield the essence of either Air, Earth, Fire, Water and Wood in your pursuit of power and prestige. All Dragonblooded possess a deeper connection to one of the elements in the form of their Aspect and it is this Aspect which determines where their greatest talents lie.

- Focus your efforts on honing your elemental powers and be rewarded with powerful traits. Play as an invincible swordsman or learn to empower your troops with a portion of your own divine might.


This mod introduces aspects of White Wolf's tabletop roleplaying game Exalted, with a long term goal of eventually creating a total conversion.

To start as an Exalt use the ruler designer to give yourself the Certain Exaltation trait, which should trigger one or two days into the game.

- Terrestrial Exaltations
- Breeding mechanic ensures that a child inherits the average of its parents breeding traits.
- Go on pilgrimage to the Caul to increase your breeding score and the chances of your children exalting

Soon to be added content

- Traits representing charm packages that increase your characters stats and provide unique options during certain events, eg Furious Dragon Champion, which offers a dramatic increase in personal combat ability.

- Emerald circle sorcery, complete with different sorcerous initiations. Do you leave your lands in the hands of your regent as you humble yourself at the feet of a haughty wizard, or do you listen to the whispers of the demon Mara and offer her sacrifice in exchange for knowledge?

Way down the line content

- New religions. Follow the Immaculate Order which venerates the Elemental Dragons, uncover the old temples and reawaken the faith of the Unconquered Sun, or simply worship the god of the mountain you live beside.

- New cultures. Play as one of the Great Houses of the Realm, the militaristic Gentes of the Seventh Legion, the barbaric Icewalker tribes or one of the many other varied cultures that populate Creation.

- New Exalts. The Terrestrials are only the most numerous of the Exalts in Creation. In times of stress or peril, great men and women find themselves wielding the awesome power of the sun or moon. Will you welcome these paragons of humanity, or will you cast them out as demons and monsters to preserve your own rule?

- New map. Creation is a large and varied world, with an endless ocean to the west, tundra and ice to the north, unbroken forest to the east, scorching desert to the south, and in the center stands the Blessed Isle. Beyond the borders of Creation lies the Wyld, a realm of madness and abominations where space and time mean little.
