Exiles Weapon Rebalance

Description
Brings the damage of weapons of a similar tier in line with eachother, and increases the usefulness of power attacks and daggers.

Increased low power attack multipliers to 1.1 for 1H and 1.2 for 2H weapons.
Decreased javelin weight to 1.5. Stacksize increase to come in next version.
Increased many weapons' base damage and their power attack values to be on par with weapons of a similar tier, where deficiencies were present.
Decreased arrow weight to 0.1
Doubled base shield durability

I have read in other boards that there was a change. they changed bp_bow_projectile -> bp_visual_bowprojectile

arrows do not fire after patching.

This mod deactivates arrows. nothing will fire

@Ariock - I'll see about putting it in today's update, then.

@Golgotha - The dev kit hasn't been updated yet, but I'll have a new version later tonight.

Also, UniqueID *should* now be properly fixed.

there is a way to better the bow arc. i just did it and am trying to upload the mod. it works the same way IRL, faster means flatter arc over distance.

So the UniqueID thing isn't yet fixed, but I'm cooking now and about to upload a new build.

Regarding bows, there isn't a way to fix their arc currency, but next version will have it, or so the modding Discord tells me.

Thank you for addressing this. I have liked the Conan genra for a long time but having some issues with things like bows in this game. I do like the flavor of the experience
