Tek Tier 2.0

Opis
This mod is a direct upgrade for Tek Tier armors. It is designed for dino overhaul mods, or any mods that make the game harder than vanilla. It does not take away from content and is still meant to be the end game gear. Each upgrade piece requires the vanilla version and 1 element to be crafted. Every item uses element for ammo, even the torpor rifle.

Clean and stackable.


Items in this mod:
  • Crafting bench for vanilla and 2.0 tek items.
  • Tek Transmitter 65% smaller.
  • Tek rex saddle gun does 25k damage plus 5000 explosion AOE damage.
  • Tek rifle does 12k damage per shot plus 3600 explosion AOE damage. FPV camera shake removed.
  • Torpor tek rifle does 500 damage, 20k Torpor, plus 2500 over 5 seconds, and lowers food by about 500 per shot. FPV camera shake removed.


Additions to armor:
  • Each armor piece adds 1000 armor per piece, 50 insulation, 75% torpidity armor rating, and has no durability.
  • Gloves: Crafting speed set to 500%. Much stronger tek punch, better melee multiplier.
  • Pants: Carry weight set to 5000. Faster tek boost speed. 3x your characters move speed on land and in water.
  • Body: Higher jump boost. Faster fly speed. Better flight control.


Craftable Element
  • Makes 50 per craft.
  • Crafting requirements: 1 Generic Artifact, 100 Polymer, 150 Crystal, 25 Electronics, 30 Black Pearls

Future additions
  • INI options are being delayed until I have time to work on the mod again. Too much work lately, not enough free time.
  • Informational dino scan values, besides name and level

Not too sure tek would be affected by an item balance as the official base tek without any mods can’t be upgraded, needs element to function, requires the tek engram to be known to use which requires you to boss kill. The only way they could break this mod and others like it is if they make the functionality baseline.
