Description
Makes gender-specific Apex haircuts and beards available for both gender.

Because of how apexes are made and how I worked around it, this mod will probably break other mods that replace the female haircuts and the male beards.

Beards are broken, there's just invisible "beards" where the opposite gender ones should be. Tried testing it with no other mods and got the same result.
