Report a translation problem
The Integrated Spotlight isn't without its quirks, however.
The light itself doesn't seem positioned entirely right; the edges of it are plain light, rather than being covered by the bars as in the middle, and shown on the model.
The inside of the light (The bulb area) doesn't glow like in the (Current) vanilla spotlight, either, which looks strange, especially now that the old flare is removed.
Otherwise, it seems like it's functional!

Also, I'm pretty sure the lines are due to the actual model of the spotlights, since it has grills on the light.
Maybe at some point they shifted the light back so it now casts those, or perhaps they changed the near clipping distance.
Still, there are ways around it. Try using two spotlights, with one turned on its side, or a spotlight right above the other one.
The grills would have a theoretical purpose: To keep the bulb from being shattered in collisions.
