P.S. The color green, black and red do work.
From my point of view, this sort of workshop contribution is very bottom of the barrel, and pretty much almost spam. I think it would be so much easier, more efficient, and more respectible, to just put all your player colour.xml files into a single folder, with the name after it like "Player Colour BROWN.xml". That way, things are less sloppy and there's more content to go around.
Please take this as constructive criticisim, as I do hope for the best in your mod pack contents.
