Description
Satan's Skull is a passive item that takes away 1 red heart, 6 soul hearts and 6 black hearts in turn for a massive damage boost!

Do you dare take this? or will you run in fear?

UPDATE: After picking up this item, upon gaining any damage upgrade (good or bad) 2 fires will shoot out. Synergises well with any damage active items!

It should now be apart of the item pool!

When I had exactly six black hearts I took the item in the crown room, With curse if the blind, and I said "What's this" then died. Now I have to completely rethink my life choices.
