"Stallone" Light Mech (Vanilla)

Description
Mech i've had sitting around a a few weeks or so.

It does walk but without timers or timer script at the moment there is a bug.

Might update with timers later. But still walks with reversing rotors in tool bar.

Rather post it then let it sit around.
