Fishing Technology

Description
Adds Fishing as a technology.[NEWLINE][NEWLINE]I'm using these files in another project and I just wanted to upload this little mod for other modders that may be interested, since moving workboats and sea improvements to an earlier tech makes room for more additions between Sailing/Optics. This'll save you a little time. : )[NEWLINE][NEWLINE]Also, if anybody can get William Morgan Sheppard to read my tech quote and record it, I'd greatly appreciate it! haha

Shouldn't Pottery still be a requirement for sailing? The invention of pottery is what allowed for long distance naval travel.

Maybe it could increase gold yield and food yields by +1 from fishing boats.

So here's a thought for fishing tech. I saw a mod that built off this one and created a fishing pond building which obviously gets built in cities. However I was thinking what if when you research fishing technology certain river/marsh tiles reveal fish. Then the civ can build a fishing pond improvement on the tile, much like the Dutch can build Polders. Instead of draining the land for farmland though this would flood the land and turn it into a fish farm. I have no clue how to mod or I'd tackle this myself

pottery did lead to sailing, it allowed water and food to be taken to sea, while it also alowed for fish and other things to be taken to and fro via the sea.

I think it would be a good idea for you to somehow add in to this mod that Pre-Fishing Coast and Ocean tiles would give no yields, because obviously they haven't learned how to get food from water yet. I think it would add more urgency to get the Tech instead of getting it when you eventually expand to an ocean resource. Just my 2 cents :CapitalDome::D:
