VCI - Tug

Description
Here is the original and unmodified VCI - Tug built by Dibble, who mysteriously disappeared. All credit goes to Dibble of course since I didnt build it, but merely found it in an old save file I had laying around.

I have an altered carrier as a blueprint. I'll reset the paint on it and rename it so it's as close to the original as possible

Thanks for the tug. I've uploaded all the VCI ships I could find in my old saves, completely orginal, no changes made. Enjoy.

That's disappointing, I knew him pretty well. He vanished while my computer was in the works so I guess I'll never know either....
