This mod adds a few different releasable nations to Hearts of Iron 4:

Andorra
Bahrain
Bangladesh
Bosnia and Herzegovina
Kazakhstan
Kosovo
Kuwait
Kyrgyzstan
Liechtenstein
Macedonia
Moldova
Monaco
Morocco
Qatar
San Marino
Slovenia
The United Arab Emirates
Uzbekistan
Vatican City
Vojvodina

It also adds subjects for various nations (overlord in brackets)

Algeria (Integrated Puppet/France)
Cyprus (Colony/United Kingdom)
French Equatorial Africa (Colony/France)
Malta (Colony/United Kingdom)
Newfoundland (Dominion/United Kingdom)
Sri Lanka (Colony/United Kingdom)
Tunisia (Integrated Puppet/France)

And finally, there's the Italian Social Republic, which is formed by an event after Italy falls.
