Anti-Noclip World

Description
This allows your server to block noclipping through the world on any map.

*Note* You must set "sv_noclipspeed 1" on your server in order for this to make thin walls unpassable when sprint noclipping otherwise when set to default "5" you can sprint noclip through thin walls.

*Note* If you want to have completely unpassable walls at any noclip speed get this addon instead: steam://openurl/http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=850869193

This addon broke my game so even when I don't have the addon, it will not let me pass through walls, Please tell me how to fix this
