Roads Increase Movement Range

Description
UPDATED FOR ANCESTRAL BETA

You know how you could upgrade roads in Shogun 2 and it would increase your movement range in that province? Well this is the same idea. Everytime you upgrade your city or town, it also upgrades your armies' movement range as well since the roads upgrade with your city.

Here are the levels of cities and towns with their corresponding movement range bonus

Lvl 1 -> No Bonus
Lvl 2 -> +10%
Lvl 3 -> +20%
Lvl 4 -> +50%

This is also a good alternative if you use the "No Forced March" mod. The AI sucks at using forced march and can sometimes be annoying when you're trying to catch them but those middle eastern regions take a long time to get through.

These bonuses do apply to everyone so all forces will receive the movement range bonuses in any given region, owned or not!

Compatibility:
This mod is compatible with most other mods, Radious included. Also save game compatible

GIVE ME FEEDBACK! If you feel these bonuses are too much or not enough, I check my messages regularly so I'm more than happy to tweak the values to make the mod more balanced

I know it's a simple mod, but damn it makes so much sense that the game just feels wrong without it
