A. Queen's Declining Tenement

Description
Anne Queen offers cheap housing, just don't expect luxury! Perfect for the poor student or worker on the go. This tenement used to be 2 beautiful semi-detached houses before land value plummetted from a poorly placed sewage outflow pipe and tornadoes ripped through the nearest schools.

Based off a vanilla house (with a bright white lead roof, in a Queen Anne Revival influenced style), this 2-story tenement has 6 apartments, comes in 4 colors, and has dim night lighting. This is a 3-tile wide by 2-tile-deep lot with an expandable front yard.

Here is a step-by-step guide for everyone.
1. Install ModTools
2. Start game with ModTools enabled
3. Click on building you want to alter
4. Click "Dump asset button"
5. Open \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Import and find all the files you need to tweak or reuse
6. Import the .obj file into your 3D modelling program. I'm a university student so I can use 3ds max for free as long as I don't make money off my 3d models.
7. Tweak the model of the .obj as you see fit.

@Agentredox: I extracted the model, LOD and maps/textures with ModTools. I then opened up the model in 3ds Max, deleted a wall, copied the model, flipped the 2nd model, moved some vertices, merged some vertices (automatically with ProOptimizer), and altered the textures (I made the roof darker).

How were you able to invert the house in order to get a left and right version side-by-side? Are there 2 assets with different conformations and I didnt notice? Do tell, please.
