Erebonia (Chancellor Osbourne)

Description
Adds the civilization Erebonia, led by Chancellor Osbourne (from Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel)

This my first mod, so I apologize if any bugs or other problems arise.



Erebonia is an aggressive civilization geared for expansion and domination in the industrial era and beyond. It is led by Chancellor Giliath Osbourne.


Trait:

Blood and Iron
- Roads and Railroads have 50% reduced maintenance cost and the Great General combat strength bonus is increased to 25%. Able to construct the wonder Thors Military Academy (Military Science).


Unique Unit: Achtzehn

Replaces the Tank, and requires no resource. +10 Combat Strength and reduced production cost, but -1 movement. Starts with the Cover promotion.


Unique Building: Reinford Factory

Replaces the Factory, and requires no resource. In addition to the normal Factory production boost, the Reinford Factory also increases Tile Improvement speed by 10%, stacking with additional Reinford Factories in other cities.


Unique Wonder: Thors Military Academy

+3 Science, +3 Culture, +3 Happiness
+25 exp for units made in this city. +25% Great People generation, and Great Generals are earned 50% faster. Military Academies give +1 Happiness. A free Military Academy appears in the city this wonder is built in.


All art and audio used in this mod was taken from Trails of Cold Steel and Trails of Cold Steel 2.

Well, looks like the mod author of this mod is having difficulty developing. I know this was the first civilization from the Trails series. I have informed @FellBranded regarding the fate of his mod, so thus, we are not sure should the other modders intervene and update this one. For myself, I have played Trails of Cold Steel III and IV, one of Nihon Falcom's titles, on PS4 and I'm still waiting for Trails into Reverie (whom it will be published by NIS America).

That must be the civilizations from the Trails series that I have spoken about. But I'm afraid this mod needs to be expanded; the mod author must have been having difficulty developing such a mod. I think the other modders should start developing those civs from the Trails series, like Liberl, Calvard (since Kuro no Kiseki is already started)...
