Why do you call this list "Recycle Bin?"
It's my list of formerly used mods. I actually like these mods! (Why else would I use them before?) I keep a list because I want to keep things organized, for easier tracking and cleaning. Plus, I might want to go back and reuse them. Hence, recycle.

UNSUBSCRIBE TO ALL. For whatever reason, I ditched these mods. Reasons vary from mod conflicts, found a different replacement, might have missing textures, might have bugs, mod not being updated anymore, ending up not being my personal taste, and so on.

Be sure to clean after unsubscribing.
Deleting leftover workshop items:
1) Go to \Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop
2) Check the URL of the file you want to delete. Example: http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=626970214
3) In this example, the ID is "626970214", so this functions as the filename. You'll want to find these in the workshop folder.
4) Select all relevant files, usually a .VPK and a picture with the same file name. (Example: 626970214.jpg and 626970214.vpk)
5) Delete both files. Repeat for any other mod that you wish to clean away.
