an alternative that i use with people who play with me is to make a call via Discord on the cell phone and leave the application in the background while running the "wasuramoti" application, the sound in the call may come slightly low, but nothing like simply increasing the sensitivity through the Discord application.
Remembering that for this you will need an additional account to Discord, if you already use one for communication.
In the case above I mentioned Discord as one of the most used among players, but it can be any type of calling application (TeamSpeak, Skype, etc ...)
