Interactive documentary (same interface as the Atari 50) that brings a lot of information about the development of Karateka and other games by Jordan Mechner (creator of Karateka and Prince of Persia).

Positive points:
Good emulation;
Extras that are interesting to watch.

Negative points:
Karateka had several versions, both for computers from the 80s and video games, but it only includes the c64, Apple 2 and Atari 800 versions, because the devs say that these are the best versions. As someone who thinks the preservation of games is important, they could have included all versions of the game, and I still think there are several versions of Karateka that are not present in the collection, but it is better than the c64 version.
Missing versions: Atari 7800, NES, MSX, NEC PC 9801, ZX Spectrum, Atari ST, IBM PC/DOS, Amstrad CPC, Game Boy.
Ask anyone who bought the game if they wanted more versions (even if they weren't as good as the originals).

BUGS: It happened a few times that I played Karateka c64 or Karateka Remastered, and the space image appeared when I ctrl-clicked.
Once it happened that I couldn't play the c64 version, and I was forced to leave and enter the game.
I played on the keyboard and could identify these bugs, but there are also controller bugs that some users are reporting in the community tab.

Conclusion: I particularly enjoyed the collection, both the interactive documentary and the included games. It's worth the price, but I was very disappointed that not every game was included (and Digital Eclipse could have done that).

The low score was because Digital Eclipse has a history of leaving several bugs and not correcting them, as is the case with SNK 40th ANNIVERSARY COLLECTION and Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration.
