No Pop-up Animations

Description
7.17.21 Update: Some users report they can't sleep in a certain bed in one of the game's endings. I've tried it multiple times with different characters and can't reproduce it, so it could be beyond modding. If it happens to you, try unsubscribing from this mod, restarting the game and continue. This should allow you to sleep in that bed, and you can resubscribe to the mod again afterwards if you're not planning to go for that ending.

5.15.21 Update: The mod should work in all version of the game and with any DLC (including Repentance). To activate it, after subscribing, go into the game, activate the mod, and then RESTART the game. The game needs to know that the mod is activated when it's loading, so it chooses the clean giantbook file.

This is the original No Pop-up Animations mod from The Modding of Isaac. This mod removes the following pop-up-animations (giantbook) from the game:

* Pick-ups:
- Black Hearts damage
- White Hearts health-up
- All Tarot Cards (such as Devil)
- All Runes

* Items:
- BETRAYAL
- Dry Baby activation
- W*ore Of Babylon activation
- Dead Sea Scrolls
- Hourglass
- Mom's Bra/Pads
- Flush
- Spider's Butt
- Missing Pages
- All Books
- All Dice
- Mama-Mega
- Clicker

* Others:
- Rainbow Poop

And probably some more.

This mod does not remove the bed ZZZ animation since then beds won't heal. And I left in the Super Bum animation because it's so rare.

This mod does not replace the animations with shakes or flashes, it just removes them completely for a smooth game.

If it doesn't work when you use it ,please check if you open another mod called !cuerlib which is prerequisite mod for Reverie - Touhou combinations mod , because both of them change the same file called giantbook.

I remembered I disabled this mod some time ago because of it not allowing me to fight dogma. Now that you have stated you fixed the bug some people state that the bed is still not working. As a test I reactivated the mod and sure enough I could not use the bed. Afterwords I unsubscribed from the mod and ran the game, closed the game, and resubscribed to the mod. This issue is resolved when doing what I described

Nonetheless, it's going to feel great playing with no popups again.

For anyone getting stuck on trying to sleep, unsub, run game, close game, resub, and the issue should be resolved. (At least from my experience it should be.)

@Tiuri I'm sorry to hear that, I can't reproduce that bug, no matter how many times I try and with different characters. This can be beyond modding... I'll keep investigating, but for now I edited the mod description with this information. Unsubscribing from the mod and restarting the game should resolve this issue, and you can subscribe to the mod again after sleeping in the bed.

I am also unable to sleep in Mom's bed, what i do i type "stage 13a" in the console. I am disabling the mod for now, following the comments on this to follow updates. Hope it gets fixed and thanks for the dope mod.

@Amy I just tried to drop Found Soul in all kind of places and situations (while it's activated, after it dies, etc) and can't seem to replicate the crash. There might be some weird interaction that we don't know about. Let's hope it's just something very rare. If it happens again, please let me know so we can shrink down the possibilities.

I noticed a critical bug with this mod. Dropping the Found Soul trinket seems to always result in a crash.
Sorry if you can't replicate it. I hope I didn't have some mod conflict. This was the one mod causing it when I had that issue.

@AO7 The sleeping animation cannot be removed, otherwise the bed will not work for some reason. Is the game freezing, crashing or softlocking? Or is the only problem the sleeping animation being there?
