In my environment somehow it did not happen.
I deleted the name duplication which seemed to be a problem for the time being. (I also changed the name)

hey dude...found an error...it is definately from your mod as i have chased it through the folders and it specifically said that it was your mod... here it is

It is a non-killing weapon.
There is no damage.
In terms of real world weapons, stun grenades are close.
