I'll keep your building in mind in case I ever start using RICO again. I tried to create some Non-Rico buldings myself, and in the process learned about the 4x4 restriction on the buildings (very frustrating). But I now have some non-rico buildings (not anywhere near as beautiful and refined as yours, but serviceable) in my game that are level 5 residentials....but as you said, they are "growables," and subject to the game's eccentricities .... so even though they are level 5s, so don't get replaced by levels grown into later, they DO get replaced by random buildings if they burn down or for any other reason are abandoned. Like dead bodies not being picked up in time. Wish they were as pretty and magnificent as yours.... oh well......

@HGscMENTOR Thank you) Problems with RICO are eliminated) This buildings can't be growable cause their area more than 4x4 squares. They works only as unique buildings without rico. The number of households I calculate by formula: number of apartments irl x 0.3 (otherwise it will heavily load the game).

а почему вот в таких домах не заселяются люди ну в игре а так все хорошо выполнено

I LOVE your building - had at least 30 of them in my 81-tile gamesave, but had to remove them as they are RICO buildings and the RICO mod has been causing all sorts of havoc with my gamesaves here recently, so I've had to remove all RICO assets from my computer.

Question: Is there any chance at all of you're making this building as a NON-RICO LEVEL 5 residential building with 200 households in it? That way I could put it back into my gamesave and, at level 5, it will not change into any other buildings because it will already be at the top of the "leveling up" sequence in the vanilla game.

I only needed it to be RICO so I could put 200 households in it. I'd even put a Non-RICO version of it back into my game if it only had 50 households.....but it would sure be nice to get as many households as (floors x towers) in the building .... which seems to be about 200 large apartments.
