Central Elementary School

Description
Central Elementary School is large educational building for up to 1000 students. The vanilla elementary school can only educate 300 students, so my purpose is to provide a bigger alternative. The architecture is inspired by lego bricks and tetris :)

Props/mods needed: Acacia tree (see required items on the right side panel)

The model and textures were made by me. It took many, many hours to do this, so please do not publish redecorated versions without due credit.

The beautiful Acacia tree is a custom tree made by MrMaison. It had just the looks and size I wanted, allowing the kids to play under its shade.

Model: 4467 tris
Textures: d, n, s 1024x512
No custom lod, the default one looks Ok.

@arKtur: Thank you! I have some plans for new schools, but I'm very slow... If you check out my shared workshop assets, there's a small college campus with very simple design (published quite a long time ago).

thank you for this beautiful designed building. i bet my young cims will like to go to school for the first time now. thank you for your amazing effor. If i am allowed to request: I would like a High School and University with such a nice, clean and modern design.
