Part of a series of office buildings I have planned, inspired by those found in California's Silicon Valley and other places.

TIP: Place this with Ploppable RICO multiple times in different orientations along with BB Offices 3A/C/D, and in planned areas with ample parking and custom trees and props, to create realistic working office parks!

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Game basics:

*RICO compatible. Found under offices.
*Found in Unique Buildings, Level 3.
*12x6 lot.
*Costs $25,000 to build.
*Does NOT include plants on the lot, only concrete and gravel. You can use extra landscaping tools, prop and tree anarchy, prop line tool, custom trees and props and other things to decorate these buildings your own way!

Model stats:

*Main Model: 6,558 tris with 1024x2048 textures.
*LOD model: 402 tris with 256x256 textures.

I don't know if you will see this but many of your offices say land value is too small even though it is close to maximum around the office. any suggested fixes for this?

The LOD issues should be fixed now!

Found an issue: The LOD-Version of this building is turned in the wrong direction. It needs to be turned around 180° to fit with the building itself.
