The M12A1 Light Anti-Armor Vehicle (M12A1 LAAV), commonly referred to as the Rocket Warthog, is a UNSC ground vehicle. It is a variant of the M12 Force Application Vehicle designed to defeat lightly armored vehicles.

The M12A1 is equipped with a mounted 102mm SC-HE Rocket Turret that fires three rocket projectiles per magazine and requires four seconds to reload when the magazine is depleted.

The Rocket Hog was Halo's PC Port's answer to the Gauss given that lore-wise the Gauss cannon wasn't developed until the events of the 2nd game. In comparison it isn't nearly as fun as the Gauss Hog, but the Rocket Hog was still fun to drive around and blow stuff up with. Just be careful not to blow yourself up too.
