Disable Regiments of Renown

Description
This mod is for people that do not like the imbalances caused by the RoR added through DLC. It changes the minimum recruitment level of all Regiments of Renown to 99, effectively removing them completely from the campaign for both the player and the AI.

If you do not own the RoR DLCs (King and the Warlord, Grim and the Grave) it will disable the ability for the AI to use those units against you in the campaign. If you do own these DLCs, no one will be able to recruit them. This mod only affects the campaigns; RoR are still available as normal in custom battles and multiplayer.

I made this for myself but decided to submit it by request. Enjoy.

Regiments of Renown would be good if they came from a building instead of their silly instant-spawn.

All we need is a mod that lets us create them from a building - looks like a long project to me, I just don't understand how the tables all link together.

It is save game compatible, but is not retroactive (any RoR already recruited and on the map will remain in play until destroyed). You may enable it and disable it at any time without breaking save games.

the fact the ai can use them when I don't even own the dlc -- in other words LETTING AI USE PAY TO WIN makes me want to kick the developers fucking teeth down their throat
