Description
2034. One year before the events of ‘The East Wind’, CSAT forces provide perimeter protection and counter-insurgency training for the government in The Republic of Altis and Stratis.

Overview
Callsign Minotaur is a fully voiced, story-driven CSAT mini-campaign, taking place shortly after the official Prologue / Bootcamp campaign. You are Sgt. Omid Nazari, stationed on Altis, and part of a tank crew manning the modern BTR-K Kamysh infantry fighting vehicle.

The Kamysh is equipped with a CTWS turret fitted with a 30mm cannon, coaxial machinegun and 2 guided AT missiles, making the vehicle significant in the infantry support role.
- Field Manual

You will find yourself set up against the ‘Freedom and Independence Army’, which keeps growing in strength again since the botched peace talks in Kavala sparked new unrest on the tiny island republic. With the Altis Armed Forces being unable to handle the situation on their own, and the relationship with NATO slowly decaying, new cooperation opportunities open up for the Canton Treaty…

Download & Installation
Subscribe to the addon in the Steam Workshop, then activate the addon with the ArmA3 Launcher. Once done, start the scenario from the “Campaigns” menu.

Mods
Callsign Minotaur doesn’t require any mods to run. Any gameplay changing mods should be disabled while playing the campaign, as these can cause negative side effects.

Additional Content
Played through Callsign Minotaur? Once Tank DLC had its release day, I've also released Last Ditch. Set at the height of NATO's retake of Altis in Operation Magnitude, you return as Omid Nazari once more, this time in control of a T-140K Angara.

Миссия просто превосходная, особенно эта поездка на велосипеде в конце, что дает рассмотреть пейзажи и мирный денек бойцов CSAT на острове

In case you are actually wondering, after the IFV convoy started driving out of the base, I drove my tank a few tank lengths to the left of the convoy, about level with second - third vehicle, so that I can see where the front one was driving. I was concentrating on the possible threat ahead of us, but it was quiet at the rear of the convoy too. We drove for a few minutes and it showed "Mission Complete".

This campaign has 5 missions and in 3 of them you are in a vehicle. I don't know why you were on foot in the second mission, since you have to follow the convoy in a vehicle, and do combat.. with your vehicle. You can drop your snappy attitude, maybe the problem is just you.

Well, the tags don't tell much. Naturally, there might be some running around in every campaign. So, rather than looking at the tags, I read the description:

"You are Sgt. Omid Nazari, stationed on Altis, and part of a tank crew manning the modern BTR-K Kamysh infantry fighting vehicle."

Right. So, out of my first couple of hours, I drove my BMP (can't call this a BTR) for... about twenty minutes. And a tank for five, without shooting a round. The rest of the time I was running and gunning, often from very unfavorable positions, where I wouldn't be caught dead in any case.

Ah well, too bad. Moving on.

P.S. May I suggest another campaign: Tags: Aircraft, Infantry. You are a pilot of an uber modern jet. You fly for ten minutes, get shot down, spend the rest of the campaign trekking across the jungle to your base. When you reach it at the end of the campaign, you get a new plane and a final mission: fly to where they shot you down and destroy them. The end.

It is clearly tagged as infantry AND vehicle.

I was _NOT_ expecting semi-suicidal siege that I have to fight off on foot as a... third? mission. Of the previous two, the first one was okay, driving around, the second was on foot already, and now this. Why even advertise this as a vehicle campaign? Thumbs down.
