Oxygen Farm Balance

Description
Updated Definitions, for missing new particle effects and missing PCU.
Changes reverted due to unknown error.
Updated definitions for Particle effects, Emissive sun exposure indicators, upped the power usage slightly, dropped the output slightly, changed the 10 Metal Grid requirement to 20 Girders, to make this buildable earlier.fs
Increased Oxygen Production to balance with a separate Small grid 3x1x1 version, see details and link below, significantly reduced quantity of Bullet Proof Glass required to build.

Update: now buildable on a Small Grid, but is the same size as the large grid block

One oxygen farm doesnt produce enough oxygen to charge one suit (inconsistent when helmet is off), so this fixes that... sort of... so i have increased the oxygen output a little... well it helps :D

The power consumption has been doubled (now 2kw)

Technical details:

Oxygen production value was 0.03 (stock game), it is now 0.09 so 3x increase, in game this was a max of 1.8L per minute (stock game) so should now be 5.4L per minute with full sun exposure, i tried to add a small hydrogen output to the oxygen farm to save having to use a Hydrogen Farm mod, but it wouldnt do both gasses.

Warning, this mod alters the vanilla oxygen farm, and may override any other mods that also alter the vanilla oxygen farm.

its been this way for ever, irrelevant of what keen said its supposed to be... its also not consistant, farms needed for 1 engineers in a room, is different for 1 engineer running off suit o2

oh that's broken, i wonder if they rebalanced the Characters breathing at some point and didn't rebalance the oxygen farms

without this mod, you need around 4 per engineer, while not in cryo/bed

The oxygen farms were intentionally added to the game like that
Keen advised that one should build 2 oxygen farms per engineer

Anyway, was looking for something around this to avoid stupidly large O2 farm, thanks for posting it!
