Better French Capitulation

Description
This mod tries to rectify the french capitulation event by correcting the historical territories of Vichy France. Vichy France has Southern France, Algeria/Marroco, Madagascar, Syria, Indochiana and French Guiana/Caribbean islands. Free France only controls the french colony of Cameroun, pacific islands, chinese and indian trading post.

IA changes :
-Germany always forms Vichy France, and gives Savoie and Corsica to Italy when "Claims on France" focus is complete
-Italy obtains extra Tunisia when finish the "Claims on France" focus
-Japan always obtain Indochina when complete the "Demand french Indochina" focus

I hope this mod balance the african theatre in early game, as Allies don't control Algeria and Sahara. Please report if you any bugs.

Disclaimer:
I stopped to work on this mod and so I don't plan to expand it further.
This mod is compatible with the 1.3.3 patch and I will continue to upgrade it to future patches.

I have no clue what is happening byt in all but one of my games, free france capitulates 1 day after forming. Playing R56, if that matters.

Hello I will try to add some content for Vichy France while doing the axis minors mod. The main element would be to redistribute all the generals between free france and vichy france and probably making Delattre available only after he escapes prison.

In addition, Vichy should get unique advisors, especially Darlan and Darnand while De gaulle could get Félix Éboué

@General_Pinochet No. Vichy still steals everything from right under your nose. Don't bother creating Vichy if you want to take bits of France for yourself.

Hey nice mod ! Works well in Africa (even with the no man's land mod) but in the pacific Japan cannot ask for Indochina which is troublesome :S And maybe it could be better to set Vichy as a non aligned neutral and to make an event in 1942 separating vichy between free france and germany ?
