Created for the testing of the raycast based range finding script

The basic shuttle exists for no other reason than to opperate as a range finder.
The same script can be adapted for use in a rotor turret or from a fixed position on a station, large ship or small ship

The script contains error correcting and reporting along with easy LCD identification options.
Default behavior is easily adjusted, range can be set and scans performed without the need to edit the script at all.
