Star Trek Borg Tactical Cube

Another day , another ship. Ladies and gentleman I give you The Borg Tactical Cube! This was a request by Rohana Ardais. Feel free to rate this up if you like it :)

The asset has a building on the inside to allow it to be moved around as one item. To rotate and tilt the ship on all axis you will have to delete this piece. It's in the middle, red and easy to see.


The Borg class 4 tactical vessel was a type of heavily-armed Borg cube utilized by the Borg Collective. The tactical cube differed from the standard Borg cube in several ways, the most notable being the extensive hull armor that covered a large portion of the exterior hull of the ship. The interior was also slightly altered from what is known of Borg architecture. The vessel's central plexus was protected by multi-regenerative security fields. One such vessel was observed by the USS Voyager in 2376. (Season 6 Episode 26 and Season 7 Episode 1)


This was actually one of the simpler build I've had to make. Most of my time was spent trying to find an appropriate square texture to use that I could cover much of the ship with. I ended up using 2 types, one with two pieces put together in a square and another with 4 pieces put together. The main concern was keeping the part count low enough but also making the Cube big enough to be intimidating. I tried to keep it as accurate as possible with some changes here and there. Building one of these to scale compared with my other Star Trek creations would be impossible because it wouldn't fit in the map vertically (I tried this by fusing 8 of these together and that was the max size I could get before hitting the in-game max height. Putting 8 of these into a fusion cube will cut your fps in half, I wouldn't recommend it). I hope you like the design!
