There are a lot of amazing assets available in the Workshop, but too many amazing assets can make it difficult to load your cities on most computers. Wouldn't it be great to find a collection of assets that look great AND load quickly?


Here is a collection of ELECTRICITY ASSETS I like that are 2.5 MB or smaller in size...without having to subscribe to additional props that will also slow down your system. There may be one or two items that have a custom prop associated with them, but the combined file size should still be < 2.5 MB, and the utilities will still look fine if you choose not to subscribe to the props. No mods are required for any of these assets. This is not an exhaustive collection of utilities that meet these criteria, but rather only the buildings that I find appealing and would use in my own cities.
