It has come to my attention that a new feature in TTS allows me to add rotational values to custom dice! So now the new dice with the new UV Maps can now, if you choose, have a tooltip showing you the individual roll values and a total. Just like the official TTS dice.
If you do not want to use ToolTips on these custom die, simply right click on the die and untick under TOGGLES tooltips. FYI - You can also find the toggles to turn on Snap to Point and Grid.
• CHANGED : Added functionality to allow tooltips on the custom die
• Fixed : when updating I noticed all the links to the PDS and UV Templates were broken. they have all been fixed.
I really like how these roll. I'll be updating my Mega Man: The Board Game mod in the future with your D6 model as well, because they work really well with the script I'm using to provide tooltip names. ^_^ Thank you for the great work!
• Load TTS
• Before you do anything, hit "CONFIGURATION"
• On the tab "GAME" un-tick "MOD CACHING"
• Go to "SINGLE PLAYER"
• From the WORKSHOP TAB, select the "Die Tragic Die" mod.
This will load the mod, but re-download all assets. You should now see the correct D4 Textures on the TTS die.
Remember to go back into configuration and turn MOD CACHING back on.
The dice caught my eye. At first, i tht they added a larger dice selection to the base game. As an RPG player in TTS, i'm always on the hunt for dice with easy-to-read faces. I also prefer the numeral 6 rather than the pips. I fussed with the custom dice inside the game, but they never quite turn out like i like. I had high hope for yours; oh well, thnks again for a nice workshop addition!
