@redbudl it is an interesting idea but it might be out of my current skill set with the Civ 5 SDK. I will give it a shot though. In response to that last line, this was the last mod that I did which wasn't made for BNW. It does work with all the major DLC

I've been using mods that have special abilities related to terrain, called Prospectors and Herdsmen. If it all possible, I know you mention building ideas, but would you be able to make a similiar mod unit?
The concept: a Grower can go to a wine, incense etc tile, take a cutting, grow resource in friendly ZOC which then they can then set up a plantation.
If not, is there a forum I could submit the idea to see realised?
