Gremlin Military Version

Based on the Hugely Popular SW-1138 Gremlin, A Military version of the gremlin was produced for Private Security and allied Naval forces.

Designated the A/C 1138 Assault Gremlin, It can serve a variety of roles from transportation of troops and equipment to and from planets and providing air support to ground troops, to serving as a mobile outpost.

While the Combat Version of the Gremlin does not feature a jump drive like its larger civilian Counterparts, it is more heavily armoured and features an array of defensive Gatling and missile turrets. this variant also features forward facing rocket launchers and seating for a platoon of shock troopers.

the Assault gremlin can also serve as a planetary drop ship, fully capable of atmospheric flight and fitted with basic survival components, it can also serve as a mobile outpost for deploying troops behind enemy lines and in remote out of reach regions.

Features like the laser antenna provide stealthy means of communications as well.

The assault gremlin has further hard points for docking small fighter or scout crafts or attaching missiles and torpedoes.

All this however came at the cost of the jump drive and the assault gremlin relies on either a larger mother ship or hyper drive rings for attaining FTL speeds.
