Tetrarchy: Civil War - VERSION 1.0!!!!!

Description
It's finally complete! Introducing Tetrarchy: Civil War!

This mod takes you back to the times of the Tetrarchy and the rise of Constantine. You can play one of the four Roman factions trying to hold on to and expand their power and influence among the Roman world. But you could always play as the Barbarians and take advantage of the infighting!

Playable Factions:
-Constantinus Augustus holding Gaul, Britain, Spain, and Mauretania
-Maxentius Augustus holding Italy, North Africa
-Licinius Augustus in Greece, Pannonia
-Maximinus Daia Augustus with the eastern Provinces
-all vanilla factions (huns not recommended)

Some of the campaign changes I made:
-Start date 310 AD
-New diplomacy option for Romans: Join Empire! (with all Roman factions, even emergent)
-Roman armies no movement point cost for fortifying
-Special event for Constantine.....
-Fertility won't decrease and the "advancing snow" should have been stopped
-Legacy techs can't be researched away
-Black Huns (Sarmatians in this campaign) severly reduced in spawned army strength and frequency
-Some building effects have been changed, like churches and industry buildings
-All Roman cities look like the ERE cities, all nice a bright, for a less dreary look
-Food shortage in province no unhappiness, but higher penalty to income. This is to allow player to build specialty provinces, and make food-producing regions more important

Unit changes for Romans:
-Created non-upgradeable Limitanei (borderguard) units for city/town defence to emphasize the importance of your comitatenses Legions
-Comitatenses units 15% stronger
-Increased garrison in major cities
-Increased garrison in Guardhouse buildings

The aim of this mod is to be challenging. You will have to use your limited legions to take down your political rivals, but at the same time defending your lands against barbarians who will take the opportunity to strike at the chaotic situation. There may be some aspects that aren't 100% historically accurate, and I will try to address it in future updates.

I am by no means an expert modder, I did this because I thought people might like it. You have my permission to use any part of my mod, or even expand upon it. I know that there are modders much more talented than me. Just give me a shout-out, and let me know what you did so I can learn! Please leave any suggestions in the comments section!

Compatability:
-NOT COMPATABLE with mods that manipulate the Startpos (campaign mods)
-Should be compatable with unit mods
-Not sure about anything else

Future plans:
-Add more foederati/auxillia units
-Change more of the UI
-Taking suggestions!

First, I would like to thank Dresden for the idea and the great Rome 2 mod! Thank you Gaius Julius Caesar for some inspiration for ideas! And last but not least, a thank you to all who commented with suggestions and support!

@Fiikus
Why the Slavs shouldn't have been there 85 years at the same place like in Grand Campaign around 395?
What we could do is settle Both Goths, Suebi and Vandals. somewhere Europe Alans to Sarmatia Asiatica...

I am hyped for your mod! I love the period, love the characters. Which is why I'd suggest looking into the barbarian factions. I would be totally fine with getting rid of some of them for historical immersion. Especially some of the great migrators and slavs, perhaps. As well as maybe changing the terrirories of some of the barbarian factions, but I don't know the geography of the period well enough to give advice.

Overall, the features that have been implemented are implemented well in my opinion. I'd be really thrilled to see this mod expand. For example, some unit variance between the Roman factions (maybe some barbarian foederati?) would also be awesome.

Great idea for a mod, but it comes with challanges. If you are able to deal with those, I think this mod might become my favourite :)
