Dishonored 2 supports commands created by the developers that will run when launching the game. This one will completely disable the intro videos, putting you straight into the main menu. Below is the command, and further down I explain how to enable it if you don't know

This is what we will input to remove the cinematic. For people that know where this is going, you can skip to the credits section. Otherwise, continue reading below

1.
a. Make sure you have copied the command above
b. Navigate to your Steam Library and right-click on "Dishonored 2"
c. Select "Properties..." in the drop-down menu


2.
a. Right-click in the Launch Options box
b. Select Paste
c. Close the window


Done

You can now play the game with no more intro videos
