First it is necessary to put the steps with a beginning of way, place the building has right height and connect the steps to the stores :D

Hey Dr P - I love the designs! Thanks for uploading them :)

With the hotel, do I need do drag a path up the steps - because the game's telling me there's no access to the information/toilets if I just place it by a path.
