-growable (of course)
-custombuilding, model and textures done by myself
-2x4 Level 1 high residential cornerbuilding
-1715 triangles (diffusemap, normalmap, colormap, specularmap, illuminationmap 1024x512 each)
-38 triangles LOD (diffusemap, normalmap, colormaps, specularmap, illuminationmap 128x64 each)

Part of my future Euro theme: You will be able to grow a city from small 2 story buildings to big 6 story buildings, all within the high residential zone.

They are always enabled, if you want to only grow them, you have to create your own custom building theme using mods like the building themes mod. Maybe other people made building themes for me stuff, dunno, im out of modding for this game for years.
