I convert From to sandbox and I changed the gun model too(from screenshot). So you can use on Singleplayer or Multiplayer.

About the addon

This weapon will regenerate health(heals random amount, but max health allowed is 120) to the player you hit.
Right click to heal yourself. I hope you Enjoy xD
