(2 - 4) Schilberg Outskirts

Description
The winter of 1944 and 1945 was among the most bitter to be experienced in Western Europe during the course of the war, and for civilians and armed forces alike, tensions were high. Constantly on the back-foot, defending Wehrmacht forces held every Dutch town and village that they could on the retreat back into Germany, using the debilitating weather to their advantage. Minor settlements such as Schilberg and Sint Joost became key targets for the advancing British forces, if only for their infrastructure. In a stark contrast from their famous victories in North Africa, armoured columns and infantry of the Desert Rats trudged through snow and slush, clearing the path for the end of the war.

Southern fuel point seems way too one sided while the Northern fuel point is pretty much fair game. I always appreciate new maps, but that seemed like a pretty obvious flaw right from the start.

After some community play testing we've also felt it's the right decision to move the munitions points up further on the map. There was too much solidified game play in the mid south area with less incentive to fight in the north.There is now a better resource spread across the map with much more even income for whichever direction fits your playstyle

Update incoming! The map has now been updated as a 2 - 4 player version. Minor changes have been made to HQ areas to facilitate this.

Great map; movement is fluent, pathing is nice, and flanking and chokepoints are also done nicely! Thank you MB and Stormless!

@MonolithicBacon, Between the northern and the central vps near the central cp. a kubel can pass through the west hedgerow but can’t in the eastern one. Minor thing, but probably not intended for this to happen.. or not happen.
