SPECIAL NOTE FROM BLUEFLYTRAP:
This is using a debased conversion of pbr (physical based rendering) to blinn (what source uses. i.e. not pbr). What this means is the lighting environment itself is just as important as good lighting is.
I'm not referring to map lighting. I mean having a dozen or more subtle shadowless lights scattered about to pretty much simulate the lighting of the environment around you.
Don't be lazy. I couldn't make it any easier and believe me I tried.

play with radius, and box the model in with lights. it's black for a reason.

really any map can work. you just need to be really careful with lighting.

I see you've suggested putting in lights to a scene posed with this Reinhardt to simulate pbr lighting. Are there any maps you'd suggest besides stage/void maps that work well with this pbr lighting?

Can you possibly port Hanzo's bow? Haven't seen it anywhere myself or maybe you perhaps have seen it yourself and can share the link? :)
