Description
Changes the stats of the miliary sniper to be like the Machina from TF2:
Damage: 173
Clip size: 25
Fire rate: 1.5 s/ 40 RPM
999 Penetration
Extremely innacurate while not zoomed in (done to simulate how it can't be hip fired in TF2)
No reserve ammo (can collect from ammo piles)

its great for tf2 immersion, but seeing as its not in the description, for those using this be warned that whenever zoey or ellis pick up this sniper (which they will since the military sniper is there favorite weapon) they will become dead weight totally useless because they dont use the scope when they shoot, so they'll always miss XD
