Remove Tech Choices

Description
This removes the choices on the tech tree, allowing everyone to research everything as if they had the creative trait.

Because this mod makes the creative trait useless for its primary purpose, It is recommended to use my Creative Trait Boosts Research Only mod ( http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=795707003 ) as well, which repurposes the creative trait to boost research more (75%) at a lower cost (9).

There should be no conflicts with any other mods as long as they do not modify the tech tree.

DO NOT USE THIS MOD as of Feb. 2024. This mod is poorly designed by someone who lacked competence. It includes a TechTree.yaml file that duplicates ALL of the properties from an obsolete version of the base game file in addition to the properties that it intentionally changes. This makes it highly likely that it will impede any other mod's attempt to change that same base game file and cause one or more conflicts. Not only that, the obsolescence of the file that was duplicated means that it now conflicts with the base game. Properties added since then aren't a problem, but ones changed or removed ARE a problem, and this includes MANY such properties, including most of the tech cost values.

You have been warned.

there is a glitch where the tech tree lines do not show if you're researching you can completely block the rest of the tech tree if those lines aren't shown

I think this mod causes gameplay issues. Even 'removing' it, I have had to restart a game since there was just no way to continue past a 'choose your research' after there was an entry for a research choice. Base game didn't do that.
