Description
UPDATED:

Cargo limits
Missile Silos no longer require removal of Forest or Jungle

Base Commander - Can carry 5 air units and build Compound improvement.

Missile Commander - Can carry 10 missile units and build Missile Silo improvement.

Both Commander's are land based units, that can be used to extend air or missile operations outside of cities and cargo carrying naval units.
The "Fort" style improvements sre intended to provide additional defense, be easy to locate and negate the need for workers to be used to establish them.

VSTOL Harrier - Jet fighter unit that does not require a base, works simular to Gunship unit.

Land based (embarks to cross water) and cannot be carried by base commander or carrier unit.

Sadly it would seem that the Base Commander can not hold aircraft like it is supposed too.
The missile commander works just fine however, which is what I originally wanted anyway.

Since it's been a while and its a few pages back I figure I would update folks so they know.
If the mod does not show up in your list go to:
Files-Documents-My Games- Civ 5- Mods
Find the file in the folder and extract it and it should show up in your list.

What tech do I have to research to get this? Is it a unit? Is it an improvement that workers can do? How exactly does this work?

@MTG_Kid2016 Possibly, I've not played Civ 6 much at all, or that far into the game, but there are a few aspects that seem familiar to mods I'd done for Civ 5. Whether this is one, I've no idea.

I didn't realize there was a few unanswered comments here; The mod shouldn't do any damage to the CiV Mods Database, but I stopped doing any mod work a long time ago, and changes to the core game, or Steam etc, may not have helped. Sorry folks, I know that's not much help as answers go :-S

Same at me, looks like this mod screw my Civ5ModsDatabase.DB
