Adds Finland civ (Helsinki currently NOT removed from game).

Leader: Mannerheim.
[NEWLINE][NEWLINE]
Trait: Sisu. Melee, Archer, Mounted and Gunpowder units receive +33% [ICON_STRENGTH] attack/defense bonus when in ROUGH terrain.
[NEWLINE][NEWLINE]
Unique Unit: Finnish Jager. +1[ICON_MOVES] Movement and can also heal on the move.
[NEWLINE][NEWLINE]
Unique Building: Sauna. +3 [ICON_HAPPINESS_1] Happiness and +2 [ICON_CULTURE] Culture

There are allegedly around 6.5 million Finnish people, right? That's out of about 7.125 billion humans. That means Finns make up .0912% of the planet.

Thats not even a tenth of a percent. That means that 99.9% of the world isn't Finnish. How do we know this? Government censuses.

Now the best government censuses have a margin error of about 1%. So Finns make up .0912% of the planent, plus or minus 1%.

In conclusion: There's a 50/50 chance that Finland doesn't exist.
