You can use Parabellum pistol for secondary, nice damage, more magazine size. And for primary Cavity is good with its damage and concealment.

The Castigo with a diablo barrel and a grip is a good alternative to the bronco

How did you get the last mastermind (medic) tree skill? I can't unlock it by unlocking the combat medic and acing painkillers and combat doctor. It's not unlocked :/
