Max payne is a TPS game, and bullet time is a symbol of it.
So here is a simple bullet time system.

HOW To INSTALL
First you need to cilck the subscribe button.
You can find a launcher in X:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Clickteam Fusion 2.5\Tools\Steam Workshop Tool,And X is the disc you chosen to install fusion.in this forder,you can find Steam Workshop Tool.run it and double cilck this project to open it.
