The Infamous plauge doctor remade in Garry's Mod. When you spawn him in he will not chase you if you don't have Thinking or Ignore Players Disabled. On contact he will kill you, He moves SLIGHTLY faster than gmod walking speed. He will also emit Idle Sounds.


*IF THE GAME STARTS LAGGING AFTER SPAWNING DO "CLEAN UP EVERYTHING" AS ADMIN AND IT WILL FIX

-Finally Updated this mod, in what may be the most major update since this Nextbot's creation
-Fixed SCP-049 Eating doors, he now actually OPENS them.
-Fixed his weird walking animation, I was able to find a better animation for him.
-Fixed being able to hear him across the map
-Added some new sound effects, including a sound for opening doors
-Added Chat messages, to let you know when he kills someone.
-ADDED THE ABILITY FOR SCP-049 TO INFECT NPCS AND PLAYERS
-ZOMBIES WILL SPAWN WHERVER PLAYER/NPC DIED CREATING 049-2 INSTANCE, 049 CANNOT INFECT HIS OWN ZOMBIES

UPDATE 3/22/19
-First of all yeesh! It's been about 1 year since I last updated this mod, and nearly 3 years since it launched!, Secondly, I know that I've left this mod in a state of disrepair for a long time now, and I'd like to apologize, I know you've been begging for bug fixes and well, you've got them. Boy it was a pain in the ass getting this mod updated, but in the end, I'm sure it was worth the weight. let's get right into it, oh and remember to report any bugs!

-FIXED SCP-049 CRASHING THE GAME BY SPAMMING ZOMBIES AND CHAT MESSAGES IF YOU ARE IN GOD MODE, from now on 049 will not run the Infection code if you are not dead when he touches you.
-Zombie Spawning can now be disabled with the "049_zombiespawn" ConVar, 1 for enabled, 0 for disabled. Will be enabled by default.
-Added Footstep sounds, you'll now hear 049 coming!
-Adjusted SCP-049's speech, he now speaks less frequently.
-Removed some redundant ConVars and sounds.
-SCP-049 Now has an animation for Infecting, and the Infection sound will only play once.
-FIXED SCP-049 SPAMMING DOOR PROPS AND PROBABLY CRASHING THE GAME, From now on SCP-049 will only OPEN doors, Though rotating doors may cause him to get stuck.
-Adjusted SCP-049's health from 2450 to 500 for a better experience, though you can change his health and any time with the 049_health ConVar.
-NPCS WILL NOW TARGET SCP-049 AND VICE VERSA!!!!, If Ignore Players is on at all, SCP-049 will only go after NPCS's, If Ignore Players is off SCP-049 will go after both Players and NPCS's, though SCP-049 Prioritizes Players over NPC's, NPC'S will also shoot at SCP-049, or run away if they don't have a weapon.
-Added SCP-049-2's Breathing Sound Effects.
-SCP-049 Will Stop Speaking if he is removed or Killed.

-Fixed SCP-049 Sound Timers being global, causing glitching dialouge.
-Fxied SCP-049 Infecting a dead player or NPC twice in Multiplayer when there is more than 1 player.

-Fixed the November update breaking SCP-049.

UPDATE 12/21/19
-Prevented SCP-049 from targeting Combine Gunships for obvious reasons.

I'm aware SCP-049 Ins't exactly bug free in the multiplayer, there's not much i can do about that though, so bare with me, he works fine in SinglePlayer though!

[FAQ]

Q: Is there a way to change his settings without modifying the code?
A: There have been commands for this SNPC since release I just never told you about them
049_speed default = 135
049_health default = 500
049_zombiespawn = 1

Q: My game lags a lot when i type "nav_generate"!
A: Sit tight, this is because the map is generating a nav mesh, the file used for this SNPC to work, it may take some time, depending on the map

Q: Why is it when I spawn him the game lags heavily? --- FIXED? (I'm not sure if this happens anymore)
A: This is a simple bug that can easily be fixed in game, simply open the menu go to the Amin Utilites and Clean Up Everything, this should solve all problems.

Q: Is he killable? --- FIXED
A: Yes, is just pretty difficult to take down. -- Health has been adjusted to 500 for an easier takedown.

Q: He looks weird like he's holding an invisible gun when he walks is there a fix? --- FIXED
A: No, this is not a bug, 049's model was compiled with default Valve animations, and finding an appropriate one was no easy task, after minutes of scrolling thru the anim list I finally found one, if there was a better animation I would have chosen it.

Q: So why not use the Playermodel "pistol" holdtype animations?
A: Though I had access to those animations, It would look even worse if I used them, because the legs were not animated, so he would just slide towards you, at least with his current animation he has moving legs.

Q: He eats doors and makes then dissapear why? --- FIXED
A: It's also not a bug, it's a feature in his code I forgot to remove, I will try to update the code with the code 096 uses to open doors.

Q: Why is his voice so loud? --- FIXED
A: A mistake on my part i'll get around to fixing that though.
