Irish Empire Mod (1.2.1)

Description
Irish Empire Mod (Supports version 1.2.1) for HOI4.

This mod adds a new country by the name of the Irish Empire.

About the country:

-Controls all of Ireland (including Northern Ireland)
-Better leader picture
-Ruling party is Fascist, but this can be changed through coups.
-More industry at the beginning of the game.
-More troops at the beginning.
-Overall makes Ireland a playable country.

To do:

-Events
-Scenarios
-National Focuses (Working on Currently)

Some suggestions here: More supplies for ireland, maybe custom models, new generals, and some new focuses. here are my ideas for focuses: Fascist, democratic, non aligned, communist. for fascist you could look into o'duffys blueshirts. And land wise, I think maybe a bit of portugese africa and some of north africa maybe?
